NAMIBIA’S PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE SEMINAR.

1- 2 NOVEMBER 2023 – MERCURE HOTEL (FORMER SAFARI COURT HOTEL), WINDHOEK

Overview

The Procurement & Legal Compliance Departments of Public Entities subjected to the Public Procurement Act, 2015 (as amended) are hereby invited to attend Namibia’s Public Procurement Conference Seminar 2023 scheduled for 1 – 2 November 2023 at the Mercure Hotel (previously known as the Safari Court Hotel), Windhoek.

This year’s seminar is centred around tackling real challenges that our internal procurement structures (consisting of the PC, PMU & BEC), alongside their legal departments, are currently facing as they endeavour to procure goods, works and services in an efficient manner while ensuring compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2015. The Seminar hopes to be a platform where public entities can learn from one another and find solutions to challenges that the law does not always cater to, and in so doing contribute to the continuous development of our procurement regulatory framework.
